Women’s Tennis Receives Six All-Ivy Nods

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard women's tennis was well represented in this year's Ivy League year-end honors with six All-Ivy accolades, the conference announced yesterday.

Holly Fischer – Unanimous First-Team All-Ivy Singles

After not having a player be named First-Team All-Ivy for singles since 2018, Holly Fischer has now accomplished the feat unanimously in back-to-back seasons.  Competing only in the spring season, the senior accumulated a record of 12-6 while playing primarily at the top singles court.  The senior went 4-1 in Ivy League play to provide dominant performances in the Crimson undefeated conference season.  Included in that, Fischer delivered the clinching victory in Harvard's win over Yale on Senior Day.

Stephanie Yakoff & Holly Fischer – First-Team All-Ivy Doubles

While teaming up fewer times than last year, the Crimson duo of Stephanie Yakoff and Holly Fischer still shined.  The pairing collected its second All-Ivy honor, this time being named to first team.  The two accumulated a record of 4-2 this spring with three of their wins coming in Ivy League action.

Stephanie Yakoff – Second-Team All-Ivy Singles

For the second time in as many years, Stephanie Yakoff was named to the Second-Team All-Ivy for singles.  The sophomore went 10-4 in the spring season while competing primarily at the No. 2 and 3 singles spots.  Yakoff was a consistent bright spot in Harvard's lineup, totaling a record of 4-1 to help lift the Crimson to a perfect 7-0 conference record.

Maxi Duncan – Honorable Mention All-Ivy Singles

Maxi Duncan earned her third All-Ivy honor for singles in four seasons, having previously been named to second team in 2022 and 2023.  Overall, Duncan has collected 15 victories throughout 2024-25, with 12 coming in the spring season while playing primarily at the four and five spots.  In conference action, Duncan was an impressive 5-1 in singles.

Charlotte Owensby – Honorable Mention All-Ivy Singles

Charlotte Owensby has already had a decorated career, including being named Second-Team All-Ivy and Rookie of the Year in 2023.  She now adds another All-Ivy accolade following her ten-win season.  Four of the junior's wins this spring came in Ivy League play including clinching the Crimson's win over Columbia to claim the outright Ivy League title.

Kavya Karra & Maxi Duncan – Honorable Mention All-Ivy Doubles

Kavya Karra and Maxi Duncan accumulated a record of 4-2 through 2024-25 to earn their first All-Ivy accolade.  Each of the pairings matches came in Ivy League play, as their presence in the lineup helped Harvard win four doubles points in conference action.
