CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Men's Heavyweight Rowing's showdown with Northeastern for the Smith Cup has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 30. The race was originally slated for Saturday, May 3.

Start times for the two Charles River rivals will be staggered, with the first beginning at 7:30 a.m. ET. The next three will go tentatively at 7:50, 8:10 and 8:30 a.m. ET. ESPN+ will have live coverage.

Last season, the Crimson won the first, second and third varsity races, and has lifted the Smith Cup 25 straight times en route to a 40-3 race advantage.

Following Wednesday's race, Harvard will prepare for Eastern Sprints, which is scheduled for Sunday, May 18, in Camden, New Jersey.
