CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Football has landed eight players on the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, CSC announced on Tuesday afternoon.
Representing the Crimson on the squad were junior running back
Xaviah Bascon, sophomore defensive back
Xaden Benson, senior quarterback
Jaden Craig, senior defensive lineman
Alex DeGrieck, senior linebacker
Jaeden Kinlock, senior linebacker
Jack Kirkwood, senior tight end
Ryan Osborne, and senior offensive lineman
Derek Osman.
Craig and Osman both garnered the accolades for the second straight season.
To be eligible for Academic All-District recognition, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 on a 4.00 scale, compete in 90 percent of the institution's games or start in at least 66 percent of the team's contests.
Harvard is coming off a year that saw it earn a national ranking for a majority of the campaign, including a top-10 mark the final three weeks of the regular season. The Crimson posted a 9-2 record (6-1 Ivy) and earned an at-large bid to the NCAA FCS Playoffs in the Ivy League's first season of eligibility.
