Jack Crook won three times on the day as Harvard University wrestling beat Campbell, 28-17, dropped a narrow 22-20 decision to Northern Illinois, and fell to No. 8 South Dakota State, 35-3, on Friday evening on day one of the NWCA Multi-Division National Duals.

Competing at the University of Northern Iowa's UNI-Dome in its first duals of the 2025-26 season, the Crimson (1-2) won five bouts against the Huskies (2-3) in its first match of the day, tested itself against the top-10 ranked Jackrabbits (5-0), and wrapped the day with its victory over the Fighting Camels (2-8).

Jimmy Harrington tallied a pair of wins with decisions against NIU and Campbell. Junior

Harvard Highlights
- As a team, Harvard won five of six bouts from 149 pounds to 197 pounds to turn an 11-0 deficit in the team score into a 20-17 lead.
- Jack Crook started the Crimson's run with a 16-8 major decision at 149 pounds. He took a 4-3 lead after the first period, extended his edge to 9-6 in at the end of the second period, and notched a pair of takedowns in the third to seal the win.
- Jimmy Harrington notched a 3-2 victory at 157 pounds, using a takedown in the first period to tally his team-high 11th win of the year and bring Harvard within 11-7 in the team score.
- Joseph Cangro registered a pin in 4:18 at 165 pounds to push the Crimson in front in the team score, 13-11. He recorded his second fall of 2025-26.
- At 184 pounds, Matthew Walsh posted an 11-2 major decision to tie the team score at 17-17. He scored a takedown in each of the first, second, and third periods on his way to the win.
- At 197 pounds, Hudson Skove recorded a 5-0 decision to give Harvard a 20-17 lead in the team score before NIU captured the dual's final bout with a technical fall at 285 pounds. Â

- As a team, Harvard won five of the dual's first six bouts through 165 pounds to open the match with a 22-3 lead in the team score.
- Logan Brzozowski opened the match with an 18-3 technical fall in 5:42 at 125 pounds. He tallied nine points in the first period, three points in the second period, and six points in the third period to secure the victory.
- Dante Frinzi grabbed a 7-3 win at 141 pounds to give Harvard an 8-3 lead in the team score. Frinzi recorded a takedown in each of the second and third periods as part of the winning effort.
- Jack Crook finished the day with a 3-0 record behind a 19-4 technical fall in just 2:41 at 149 pounds, pushing the Crimson ahead 13-3 in the team score. He totaled four takedowns inside of the bout's first two minutes before closing the match with a 4-point near fall and one more takedown in the final minute of the first period.
- Jimmy Harrington picked up his second win of the day with a 7-3 win at 157 pounds, extending Harvard's lead in the team score to 16-3. Harrington posted a takedown in the first period, an escape in the second period, and a takedown in the third period in the victory.
- Joseph Cangro and Hudson Skove each added a win via forfeit at 165 and 197 pounds respectively.
