Tess Johnson ’27 Places Fifth in Women’s Dual Moguls at 2026 Olympic Games

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Tess Johnson '27 – an undergraduate student in the Harvard Extension School – placed fifth in the women's dual moguls event at the 2026 Milano Cortina Winter Olympic Games on February 14.
 
In the debut of dual moguls at the Olympics, Johnson earned victories in the 1/16 finals and in the 1/8 finals before dropping a decision in the quarterfinals, falling one round short of reaching the semifinals.
 
Earlier in the Games, Johnson placed 10th in the women's moguls event, taking ninth in the qualification round with a score of 73.79 and 10th in Final 1 with a score of 75.31.
 
Johnson – a two-time World Cup gold medalist and 10-time World Cup podium finisher – previously competed for Team USA at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics.
