CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Senior
Jimmy Harrington has earned the No. 20 seed in the 157-pound weight class for the 2026 NCAA Championships, the NCAA announced as part of its selection show on Wednesday night.
Harrington – ranked No. 21 in the final NCAA Coaches' Rankings – will meet No. 13 seed Derek Raike (21-5) of Ohio in the round of 32 on Thursday morning.
Now a two-time NCAA qualifier, Harrington will compete at the event for the second straight season after making his NCAA debut in 2025.
Harrington has posted a 21-8 record thus far on the season, leading the team in wins (21), dual wins (nine), Ivy dual wins (four), and major decisions (six). Harrington earned both Honorable Mention All-Ivy and Academic All-Ivy during the regular season.
The 2026 NCAA Championships run from March 19-21 (ESPN+/ESPNU/ESPN2/ESPN) at Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.
