CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – With a dominant 63-34 win over Eastern Kentucky, Harvard women's basketball secured its spot in the WBIT Quarterfinals and recorded its 20th win of the 2025-26 season. This is the Crimson's 15th 20+ win season in program history and the third in Harvard's four years with Carrie Moore at the helm.

Four Harvard players scored in double figures, led by Katie Krupa with 15 points on 7-of-14 shooting in her final game at Lavietes Pavilion. Abigail Wright (13), Saniyah Glenn-Bello (12), and Olivia Jones (12) rounded out the Crimson's double-digit scorers.

What to Know

Harvard took control almost instantaneously and never looked back as it tallied the first 16 points of the contest. The Crimson gave up just one field goal in the entirety of the open frame to build a 19-2 advantage after the first. Katie Krupa tallied seven of her 15 points in the first quarter and Harvard's defense forced six turnovers to establish a substantial lead. The Colonels established a better offensive presence in the second quarter but not enough to make a real push at the deficit. With a 13-9 advantage in the frame, Harvard headed into the locker room with a 21-point lead. Out of the break, the Crimson held EKU to under 30% shooting to win the third quarter and maintain a lead of at least 18 throughout. Harvard closed its second-round matchup by only furthering its lead. In the final ten minutes, the Crimson outscored the Colonels, 16-10, to record its second-largest victory in the program's postseason history.
