Men's Soccer Announces 2026 Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard men's soccer will host seven matches at Jordan Field and compete against some of the top programs in the region and across the country as part of its 2026 regular-season schedule, which begins on Aug. 28, The Virginia B. and James O. Welch Jr. '52 Head Coach for Harvard Men's Soccer Josh Shapiro announced on Monday.

Harvard's home slate begins on Friday, Aug. 28, when the Massachusetts Minutemen travel to Cambridge for the Crimson's season and home opener at Jordan Field. Harvard will also welcome several non-conference opponents to campus throughout the season, including Providence (Sept. 4), Connecticut (Sept. 12), and Stonehill (Oct. 21).

The Crimson's non-conference schedule is highlighted by an early-season trip to Indiana to face Notre Dame in South Bend on Aug. 31. Harvard will also take on several of the region's top programs in road contests against New Hampshire (Sept. 15), Boston University (Sept. 22), and Northeastern (Sept. 29).

The 2026 Ivy League men's soccer season begins on Sept. 26, when Harvard travels to Ithaca to face Cornell in its conference opener. A home matchup against Columbia (Oct. 3) precedes back-to-back road contests at Brown (Oct. 10) and Yale (Oct. 17). The Crimson then returns to Jordan Field to host Penn (Oct. 24) before traveling to Princeton (Oct. 31) for a matchup with the Tigers in New Jersey.

Harvard closes out the 2026 regular season with a home contest against Dartmouth on Nov. 7. The Crimson hopes to qualify for the fourth annual Ivy League Tournament this season, which is scheduled to begin with semifinal action on Nov. 13, followed by the championship match on Sunday, Nov. 15. The 2026 NCAA Championship begins with first round contests on Nov. 19and continues through the championship game on Dec. 14.
