CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Men's Basketball's 2026-27 regular-season finale at Columbia has been moved from March 6 to March 5. The contest is slated for a 6 p.m. ET tip in New York City.
The Crimson returns to action on Oct. 23, when it plays host to UMass in an exhibition game at Lavietes Pavilion. Harvard will then officially open the campaign on Nov. 2, when MIT makes the short ride to campus. Both games are scheduled for 7 p.m. ET starts.
Harvard is coming off a 17-12 season (10-4 Ivy League) in 2025-26 and returns four of its five starters from last year, including All-Ivy selections
Robert Hinton (first team) and
Thomas Batties II (second team). Batties, meanwhile, will serve as co-captain for 2026-27 alongside senior teammate
Xavier Nesbitt.
