Women’s Swimming and Diving Announces 2026-27 Schedule

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Women's Swimming and Diving has announced its schedule for the 2026-27 campaign. The Crimson will make two appearances at Blodgett Pool, with its Senior Meet set for Jan. 22.

Harvard will unofficially open the season on Oct. 23, when it travels to Cambridge-neighbor MIT for a scrimmage that will also include Northeastern. Start time is set for 6:30 p.m. ET.

The campaign will commence on Nov. 6-7, when the Crimson heads to Ithaca, New York, to face Cornell and Penn. The Ivy League opener will begin with the divers on Nov. 6 at 5 p.m. ET, and be followed by the swimming events on Nov. 7 (2 p.m. ET). Harvard will take sizable all-time series leads vs. both schools into that weekend, owning a 39-2 advantage against the Big Red and a 36-3 record vs. the Quakers.

A week after the long trip to Upstate New York, Harvard will play host to Brown and Columbia on Nov. 14 (39-9 all-time vs. Brown; 39-1 all-time vs. Columbia). The 11 a.m. ET meet will cap the Crimson's dual-meet season for the calendar year as it is set to compete for a final time in '26 at the Minnesota Invitational in early December (Dec. 2-5).

Similar to last year, Harvard will reconvene in Hawaii after the holiday break to prepare for the second half of its season. Part of its preparation will be a dual meet with the Rainbow Warriors on Jan. 8 (time TBD). The Crimson defeated UH last January to take a 2-1 series lead.

Upon returning to the continental United States, the Crimson's next competition will be another two-day affair, this time happening at Dartmouth. Diving will open the meet on Jan. 15 at 5 p.m. ET, with the swimmers taking the spotlight at noon ET on Jan. 16. Harvard is 45-3 all-time vs. Dartmouth.

Harvard's Senior Meet is set for Jan. 22, when cross-town foe Boston University visits Blodgett Pool. The 5 p.m. ET contest will mark just the 13th all-time meeting between the schools separated by 1.3 miles and be the first time the teams will have met since Jan. 1998.

The yearly HYP meet with Yale and Princeton is scheduled for Jan. 29-30, in New Jersey. First-day action is slated for 5 p.m. ET, with the final day set for an 11 a.m. ET start. Last season, the Crimson earned a split decision, beating Yale and falling to Princeton.

Nearly three weeks later, Harvard will make the trip back to Princeton for the Ivy League Championships. The annual Ivy gathering is marked for Feb. 17-20.

The Crimson's final competition before NCAA action begins is slated for Feb. 25-28, at the ECAC Championships. What amounts to a last-chance meet precludes the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships in Morgantown, West Virginia. The three-day event is set for March 8-10.

The final competition of the campaign is the NCAA Championships, which will be held in Austin, Texas, March 17-20. Harvard last season sent four individuals to the national meet, representing its most since 2019. The Crimson, meanwhile, has appeared at NCAAs 14 straight years.
