Mental Health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. Student athletes face a variety of unique stressors and circumstances that effect not only their bodies, but their minds and overall health and wellness. Harvard Sports Medicine in conjunction with CAMHS is committed to advancing resources available to our student athletes and promoting student athlete mind and body health. CAMHS offers a wonderful array of virtual programs for students to promote mental wellbeing this semester.
