Several former Harvard students who were members of the men's basketball program under Tommy Amaker, The Thomas G. Stemberg '71 Family Endowed Coach for Harvard Men's Basketball, have enjoyed careers in professional basketball after graduation.   • Appeared in 71 games for Houston in '13-14, helping the team earn the No. 4 seed in the NBA Western Conference Playoffs
  • Helped lead Houston to a 45-37 overall record and the No. 8 seed in the 2013 NBA Western Conference Playoffs
  • Started all 82 games for Houston in '12-13, and shot a career-high 33.9 percent from 3-point range
  • Appeared in 35 games for New York in '11-12, helping the team earn the No. 7 seed in the NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs
  • Scored 136 points in his first five NBA starts with New York, the most for an NBA player since the merger with the ABA in '76-77
  • Appeared on the cover of Sports Illustrated in back-to-back weeks in February of 2012
