Digital Tickets Are Here!

Downloading tickets through your mobile device ensures the safest and most convenient experience for our fans. All tickets must be downloaded to a mobile device to gain entry to Harvard Athletics events.

We understand that this is a big change from having a paper ticket to bring to the event, but once you get the hang of it, you'll find that mobile ticketing gives you more tools and flexibility than ever before. If you selected to receive hard copy tickets and have those tickets in your possession, those tickets will work for you to enter the stadium.

Important: With a large number of fans expected at individual games, internet service may be spotty. To ensure a smooth entry, please download your tickets before arriving on campus.

Accessing Your Digital Tickets

Make sure to download your ticket(s) before arriving at the stadium, as reception may not be the best around campus on event day

1. Log in to your account, Click Here

2. Select the event you want to download to your mobile device

3. Download each ticket by tapping Add to Apple Wallet on iPhone or G Pay - Save to Phone (may also read as "Add to Google Wallet" on Android).

4. iPhone Users tap Add in the top right corner

5. Access the downloaded ticket(s) via the Apple Wallet app on iPhone or via the Google Pay (or Wallet) app on Android

Transferring Tickets to Another Person/Account

1. Log in to your account, Click Here

2. Under Manage Your Tickets, tap TRANSFER

3. Select which event you are transferring

4. Check the box next to the ticket(s) you are transferring

5. Tap the blue CONTINUE button at the bottom

6. Type in the Mobile Number of the person receiving the tickets

7. Tap the blue REVIEW TRANSFER button at the bottom

8. Review that all the information is correct

9. Tap the blue TRANSFER TICKET button at the bottom

10. You will receive a Ticket Transfer Initiation Confirmation email/text

Frequently Asked Questions

Adopting digital ticketing is about giving fans more flexibility with their tickets, while at the same time, maintaining a safe fan experience. The result, we believe, will be easier access to tickets as well as quick and convenient entry into Harvard Athletics facilities.
As an added benefit, it reduces the risk of lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets and allows you to manage, transfer, or sell your tickets at any time directly from your smartphone.
Mobile ticketing will be used for all ticketed sports.
Season parking passes for applicable sports will still be delivered via mail as hard copy passes for each game.
Tickets for each sport will be available to manage electronically, a couple of weeks before the first home game.
You will have the ability to manage your tickets online at GoCrimson.com/Tickets. Once logged-in, fans can manage their tickets by clicking on Tickets in the bottom right-hand corner and selecting manage tickets.
With the purchase of a season package, your Mobile ticket can be stored in your virtual wallet. Your wallet will show you only the upcoming game. After the event has passed, your virtual wallet will automatically update your virtual ticket to the next upcoming game.
Your tickets will always live at GoCrimson.com/Tickets. Simply log in to your Harvard Athletics Online Account to reissue your tickets and receive a new email.
Yes. Both Apple and Android devices allow you to access your tickets via your account with Harvard Athletics. Your smartphone will also support the storage and quick retrieval of your tickets via a digital wallet.
Screenshots are not accepted as a valid form of entry. Please transfer the tickets to each member of your party to allow for entry.

You will receive a Ticket Transfer Initiation Confirmation email/text
You’ll need to transfer a ticket to each member of your party. This allows you and your guest(s) to arrive at the venue at your convenience. Once the ticket transfer offer has been sent, the recipient will receive a text instructing them to accept the ticket and add it to their digital wallet.

Yes. You can view all of your tickets by swiping left or right on your smartphone. We highly encourage you to transfer a ticket to each member of your party to allow for the easiest entry.

For issues in advance of game day, please contact Harvard Athletics at 617-495-2211, and we will assist in troubleshooting the problem. On event days, please visit our box office. We recommend fully charging your smartphone before you arrive.

You can use the reissue functionality to get a Print at Home version of your digital ticket and print it on your personal printer. Log in to your ticket account on your desktop computer or your laptop, click on "Manage My Account" at the top of the screen, then click on "Reissue" on the left side under "My Tickets."
Select the game and seats you want to print, then click the "Yes, Reissue" button. An email from the ticketing system will follow shortly with a link to print your tickets on your own printer. Follow the instructions in that email, then bring your printed tickets with you on event day.
Before arriving at the game, download your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once the tickets are downloaded, connectivity or Wi-Fi is not required to access your tickets. If you did not download your tickets in advance, please visit the Harvard Athletics Ticket Office for assistance
