2025 • Senior

Made 12 appearances on the season … Threw 13.0 innings on the year, posting 10 strikeouts and a 15.23 ERA … Tossed 3.0 innings over five appearances in Ivy League play … Hurled 2.0 scoreless innings with a season-high four strikeouts, earning the win against Holy Cross (Mar. 25) … Threw 2.2 innings in relief, permitting just one run in the Ivy League Tournament against Yale (May 18) … Registered one scoreless inning of relief against both Yale (Mar. 29) and Stonehill (Apr. 15). 

2024 • Junior

Earned CSC Academic All-District honors … Made 16 appearances on the year … Threw 26.1 innings out of the bullpen … Tallied an 8.20 ERA, 2.13 WHIP, a 2-2 record, two saves, and 25 strikeouts on the year … Ranked seventh in the Ivy League in saves (two) … Led the team in appearances (16) and saves (two) … During Ivy play, led the team in saves (two) and ranked second in appearances (eight) … During conference play, posted a 5.51 ERA, 1.61 WHIP, 17 strikeouts, two saves, and a 1-0 record over eight appearances and 16.1 innings pitched … Threw 3.0 innings in the save at Cornell (Apr. 7) … Tossed 2.0 innings in the save at Princeton (Apr. 13), tallying a season-high five strikeouts … Hurled 3.0 innings of scoreless relief with three strikeouts at Columbia (Mar. 22) … Registered 1.2 innings of scoreless relief vs. Penn State (Mar. 8). 

2023 • Sophomore

Made five appearances on the mound … Tallied a 1.80 ERA and seven strikeouts over 5.0 innings pitched on the year … Allowed one run, one earned run, six hits, and two walks on the year … Threw scoreless relief appearances against Stonehill (Apr. 18), Columbia (Apr. 28), Yale (May 14), and Princeton (May 21) … Struck out the side against Stonehill with three strikeouts in 1.0 inning pitched. 

Before Harvard

Son of Bill Cleary and Roberta Hing … Father played hockey at Harvard (1985) and mother played tennis at Harvard (1986) … Has three brothers Aidan, Liam, and Quinn … Grandfather, Bill Cleary, was a 1960 U.S. Olympic Hockey Gold Medalist and athletic director and hockey coach at Harvard.
