Donna Chung is in her fifth year of her second stint as anassistant with the Harvard field hcokey program in 2010. She is avolunteer coach and works with the team's goalkeepers.

Following the 2008 season, Chung represented the United Statesat the 2008 Indoor Pan American Cup. She started in goal for theU.S. team, helping the squad post a 5-0 round-robin record andfinish with the silver medal.

Chung is no stranger to the Crimson program as she hadpreviously served as an assistant at Harvard from 1990-95. She washead coach at Division II Bentley in 1987 and has also served as anassistant coach at Boston College, Michigan and Princeton.

Chung was a standout player on the collegiate, national andinternational levels. A 1983 graduate of Iowa, Chung was a two-timeAll-America goalkeeper with the Hawkeyes and was named to the BigTen All-Decade Team, spanning the years 1981-91. She was inductedinto Iowa's hall of fame in 2004.

Upon graduating from Iowa, Chung was a member of the U.S.national team for five years and was the starting goalkeeper forTeam USA in the 1988 Olympic Games in Seoul, Korea. She also was atwo-time member of the U.S. World Cup team (1986, 1990), on theU.S. Pan-American Games team (1987) and a participant in the 1989U.S. Olympic Festival. She was named to the U.S. nationalindoor team in 2005 and 2006.
