Kaelyn Long

A native of Hanover, Pa., Kaelyn Long joined Harvard as an assistant coach in March 2022. Long helped Harvard become the top defensive unit in the Ivy League in terms of goals allowed (18 goals, 0.99/per game) in 2022.
 
Long was a First Team All-MAC defender with Ohio in 2021, recording four goals and eight assists.
 
She earned her undergraduate degree in early childhood education at Bucknell, where she was a four-year starter on the Bison field hockey team. While at Bucknell, Long was an NFHCA Third Team All-American, a two-time All-Patriot League Team selection and a two-time Academic All-Patriot League selection.
 
Long helped lead Bucknell to its first ever Patriot League title in 2021, scoring the game-winning goal against Boston University in the league title game last spring.

Long is currently seeking completion of her online graduate degree in Reading Education at Ohio University.
