Ciaran Brayboy transitioned to the role of Student Assistant for the Crimson prior to the 2022-23 academic year due to injuries sustained during competition. In this capacity, Brayboy will aid and assist Harvard men’s basketball in a variety of capacities and contexts, including assisting incoming first-years with the transition to Harvard, acting as an ambassador for the program in university contexts, and executing special projects related to community service and program branding.

Did not compete due to season cancelation by the Ivy League.
 
First-Year (2019-20)
Played in six games ... Logged a season-high six minutes and posted two points vs. MIT (Nov. 5) ... Grabbed two rebounds vs. Maine (Nov. 10) ... Had one point and one rebound vs. USC (Dec. 1) ... Made both of his free throw attempts vs. Yale (March 7).
