Mike Winans enters his fifth season as a member of Tommy Amaker's staff in 2021-22. He has helped Harvard to Ivy League championships in two of the last three competition seasons, and is responsible for video coordination with the team.

Winans graduated from North Central College in 2011, where he played basketball for four seasons, was a captain as a senior and won the CCIW championship in 2011. He was a two-time all-academic honoree.

He is married to Alina Winans.
