ICSA Hall of Fame inductee Kevin Coakley joined Harvard sailing as a Volunteer Coach in September 2018 after a standout career with the Crimson. Coakley, a native of Duxbury, Mass., was a student-athlete at Harvard from 2014-2018.

Highlights of Coakley's career at Harvard include victories at the 2017 Thompson Trophy and Charleston Spring regattas, and a third-place finish at the 2016 New England Match Race Championship. He was named to the Academic All-Ivy League and ICSA National All-Academic teams, and received the NEISA and ICSA Student Leadership awards.

Coakley graduated from Harvard in 2018, concentrating on economics.
