Becca Addison

Becca joined the Harvard Sports Medicine team and Harvard University Health Services in 2019 as the sports dietitian. 

Most recently, she worked as a sports dietitian at Auburn University during the 2018-2019 school year. She provided one-on-one counseling and group education for athletes on a variety of topics including hydration, recovery, energy availability, and supplement safety. 

She brings a vast amount of personal sports nutrition experience as a former collegiate cross country and track runner at the University of Michigan, where she completed her B.S. in Kinesiology from 2009-2013 and was a four-time All-American. She continued to train and compete professionally for several years while completing a Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, along with her dietetic internship, through the University of Michigan School of Public Health, becoming a dietitian in 2016. 

Becca has spoken to numerous high school and university cross country teams throughout the country about properly fueling for the high demands of their sport. She is a member of the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitian Association (CPSDA). 

Addison is a native of Spring Lake, Michigan.
