Erick Duffy is in his first year with an official coaching role in NCAA track and field. He has coached the pole vault at North Andover High School; continuing a legacy of top class vaulting at his alma mater. He is also the co-owner of Lux Viridi Athletic Club along with Coach Brenner Abbott where they are committed to elevating the next generation of pole vaulters.
Erick joins the staff after getting his Master's of Management Studies from Duke's Fuqua School of Business. While in North Carolina he set the Duke Outdoor School Record and won the ACC Championship with a PB of 5.43m. But he is no stranger to Harvard Track and Field. As part of the Harvard College Class of 2021 he served as a two-term captain and became 2nd All-Time in the pole vault with a jump of 5.41m.
