Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 400 hurdles (1:01.45) at the Final Qualifier at MIT … Helped the Crimson take fourth in the 4x400m (3:42.80) and placed 10^th in the 400 hurdles (1:02.56) at the Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Championships … Finished in 11^th in the 400 hurdles (1:01.20) at the Tom Jones Invitational … Ended the 400 hurdles (1:10.76) in fourth place at HYOC … Helped the Crimson finish in seventh in the 4x400m relay (3:45.95) and placed 12^th with a personal-best in the 400 hurdles (1:00.96) at the Jim Click Shootout … Started the outdoor season with a second place showing in the 4x400m relay (3:40.87) at the Trojan Invite.

Sophomore Year (2023-24)

Indoor: Did not compete during the 2023-24 season.
Outdoor: Finished in 19^th in the 400m with a time of 49.53 at the Ivy League Heptagonal Championships … Ran a 48.51 in the 400m at the Tiger Track Classic, finishing in ninth place … Placed ninth in the 200m with a time of 22.70 at HY … Helped Harvard take fifth in the 4x400m relay (3:13.28).
