(Indoor) Collected a first-place finish in the mile while running a personal best (4:06.79) at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational...Recorded a time of 7:55.99 in the 3000m at the BU Valentine Invitational...Placed second in two events at Ivy League Heps, running a 9:59.22 in the DMR and a 8:29.16 in the 3000m...(Outdoor) Did not compete in the outdoor season due to the Ivy League and Harvard canceling the spring season. 

2018-19
Earned USTFCCCA Honorable Mention Honors with 17^th place finish at Nationals… Finished the Harvard-Yale Match with a 8:49.97 in the 3000s race… Ran a career high 8:06.62 in the 3000 race at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational… Hit a career high 24:44.8 in the 8k at the Roy Griak Invitational.

2017-18
Finished the 3000m with a career-best 8:11.80 at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Feb. 9-10).

2016-17
Qualified for NCAA East Preliminary Meet in the 3000m steeplechase by finishing third at IC4A/ECAC Championships (8:55.84), a new p.r. in that event...Placed 23rd at the NCAA East Preliminary meet (9:00.25)...Finished fifth at Ivy Outdoor Heps (9:11.60)...Recorded best 3000m time of the season at Harvard/Yale meet (8:33.32)...Best indoor mile time came at Crimson Elite meet (4:18.57), where he placed first in the event...Competed during the cross-country season, scoring for Harvard at Heps (68th, 25:17.3).
