Alicia Scarpa began working with Harvard women's ice hockey in October of 2019 before being elevated to her current role as Director of Operations prior to the 2021-22 season.
Scarpa received her Bachelor's Degree in 2014 from Florida State University where she majored in Sports Management. She then began working at Converse HQ as a brand operations specialist, before coming to Boston to attend graduate school at Northeastern University. While studying sports leadership at Northeastern, Scarpa worked at the Concussion Legacy Foundation, a group which focused on CTE research. Prior to Harvard, Scarpa's most recent role was with the sports consulting company, 3 Step Sports, where she served as both an event coordinator and an online sales team manager.
Scarpa currently resides in Andover, Mass.
