Cami Kronish joined the Harvard Crimson women's ice hockey program in August of 2024 as the team's goaltending coach and now enters her third season in Cambridge.
Currently a professional goaltender in the PWHL with the Boston Fleet, Kronish is a three-time National Champion with the University of Wisconsin.
Working directly with Harvard’s goaltenders, Kronish helped oversee the development of Ainsley Tuffy, who earned a USA Hockey invite to the 2026 National Goaltending and Women’s Defense Development Camp following her sophomore season. Under Kronish’s guidance, Tuffy played a large role in Harvard’s 14-win, year-over-year improvement as she went 12-7-2 and ranked first in the ECAC and third in the nation with a .950 save percentage. Harvard also won its 16th Beanpot title and appeared in the ECAC quarterfinals during her third season on staff.
Kronish’s coaching journey most recently involved her serving as a goaltending coach with the North American Hockey Academy in Boston, where she crafted personalized training sessions and mentored aspiring goaltenders from 2023-24. At NAHA, Kronish focused on helping her goaltenders foster a growth-oriented mindset in order to help athletes thrive both on and off the ice.
Previously, Kronish worked at LEAD Hockey and with Chelsea Piers Connecticut. At LEAD Hockey, Cami developed engaging drills for young campers and supported her fellow coaches. During her time with Chelsea Piers Connecticut, she planned and executed practice sessions aimed at improving player skills and performance, offering individualized feedback and mentoring.
Kronish owns a long list of playing accolades and honors. Along with her three National Championships, Kronish was twice named an ACHA All-American. She also thrived academically, collecting three Dean’s List honors, three Academic All-Big Ten awards, four WCHA Scholar-Athlete achievements and three Big-Ten Distinguished Scholar awards.
A 2022 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Kronish received her bachelor’s degree in communication arts and a certificate in digital studies. She went back to school to earn a Master of Science degree in sports leadership in 2023.
