Jennifer Russell joined the Harvard women's lacrosse staff inDecember 2010. She is a currently member of the U.S. Nationalteam.

Russell was the most decorated player of the 2010 Tar Heel team.She was a finalist for the Tewaaraton Trophy and the Honda Awardboth of which are given to the national player of the year. Sheearned first-team All-America honors for the second consecutiveseason in the midfield. She also was an All-ACC choice in each ofthe last two years, leading UNC to the NCAA Tournament semifinalsin 2009 and 2010. Russell started all 20 Carolina games in 2010,finishing with 32 goals and nine assists for 41 points along with33 ground balls, 24 draw controls and a team-high 22 causedturnovers.

Russell is from Andover, Mass., and attended the Brooks Schoolwhere she was a two-time first-team All-America and four-yearstarter.
