Jason Waldron joined the department in November, 2010 as theAssistant Manager of Operations. Waldron previously spent threeyears as the Stadium Coordinator for Scottsdale (Ariz.) Stadium,home to the San Francisco Giants' spring training and minor leaguefacilities. His primary responsibilities included managing theoverall operation and maintenance of two complexes, eight baseballfields, a 12,000 seat stadium, and 75 acres of turf.
Prior to Scottsdale Stadium, Waldron served in various facilityand recreational capacities with Tumbleweed Recreation Complex(Chandler, Ariz.), the Town of Brookline (Mass.) Parks andRecreation Department, and Boston Red Sox affiliate LowellSpinners.
Waldron is originally from Hamilton, Mass. and earned hisundergraduate and graduate degrees from Springfield College wherehe was a member of the varsity baseball team.
Waldron resides in Hamilton, Mass. with his wife, Linsley, andtheir two children, Charlotte and Curtis, as well as their pet dog,Traveler, and cat, June.
