Joe Conlin joined the Harvard University football coaching staffas an offensive line coach in April of 2011.
Conlin recruits in Massachusetts and Connecticut as well as theAtlantic section of the United States including Washington, D.C.,Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware.
Conlin came to Harvard after spending seven seasons on theUniversity of New Hampshire staff. In 2010, he finished his secondyear coaching the offensive line after being promoted to full-timestatus in 2008, when he worked previously with the safeties.
Conlin mentored the defensive line for four years (2004-07).
Prior to his arrival in Durham, Conlin coached the defensiveline at West Virginia Tech from 2003-04. He also gained coachingexperience at Greensburg Central Catholic High School from 2002-03where he worked with the tight ends and defensive ends while alsohandling strength and conditioning.
A 2002 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a degree inadministration of justice, Conlin was a three-year startingdefensive tackle for the Panthers.
