CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Harvard men's basketball took care of business Saturday as the Crimson cruised past Dartmouth 76-47 in the Ivy League opener at Lavietes Pavilion.

Harvard improves to 12-3 on the season (1-0 Ivy) while Dartmouth remains winless on the road and stands at 3-11 overall (0-1 Ivy). The teams meet again in two weeks in Hanover, N.H.

Both teams started hot from the floor as Dartmouth pulled out to a 12-11 lead but the Crimson rattled off 11 straight to claim a 22-12 advantage before a later 11-1 run later in the first half.

Keith Wright proved a difficult matchup for the Big Green as the sophomore power forward produced 16 of his career-high 22 points in the opening half on 8-for-11 shooting. He finished 11-of-16 for the game and also added six rebounds and three blocks in just 25 minutes.

Harvard shot better than 55 percent for the game while outrebounding Dartmouth, 36-27, stealing 11 balls and blocking 10 shots. Freshman Kyle Casey led the way in the latter category with four throwbacks while also provided a highlight-reel ally-oop dunk.

Christian Webster added 12 points on 5-of-6 shooting while Jeremy Lin had 11 points (5-5 FT), five assists and six steals - one of which was capped by a thunderous dunk of his own.

Dartmouth was led by Ronnie Dixon's 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting.
