CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Continuing action after the 2017 collegiate campaign, Harvard baseball is competing all over the country in summer leagues this summer. Most notably, eight current Crimson players are participating in the California Collegiate League this summer. 

Pitching in the California Collegiate League is Grant Stone and Kevin Stone, who are both playing for Neptune Beach while fellow pitcher Hunter Bigge is on the mound for O.C. Riptide. Catchers Devan Peterson and Jake Allen are playing for Ventura and Walnut Creek, respectively. Infielders Quinn Hoffman and Chad Minato are also participating in the CCL. Hoffman is playing for O.C. Riptide while Minato is playing for the Long Beach Legends. Joining Allen on Walnut Creek is outfielder Ben Skinner.

Also playing west of the Mississippi, in the West Coast Summer League are Kieran Shaw (Port Angeles), Trent Bryan (Port Angeles) and Jake Suddleson (Walla Walla). Moving  east, Chase Aldridge is playing for Lake Erie in the Great Lakes Summer League, Simon Rosenblum-Larson for Madison in the Northwoods League and JT Bernard is playing for Titans Prospect in the Sun Belt League. Matt Rothenberg is playing for the Palm Beach Xtreme in the South Florida Baseball League.
