Men’s Tennis To Send Doubles Team To ITA Fall Nationals

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The Harvard men's tennis team will finish its fall slate with a trip out west, competing in the ITA Fall Nationals in San Diego, Calif. Thursday Nov. 4th - Sunday Nov. 7th. The Crimson will be represented in the doubles tournament by the team of senior Brian Shi and first-year Daniel Milavsky, who qualified for the event by virtue of winning the doubles title at the ITA Northeastern Regionals back in October.

What To Know
  • The Crimson was originally going to be sending three players to the tournament, with sophomore Henry Von Der Schulenburg slated to compete in the singles tournament. However, Von Der Schulenburg had to drop out due to an injury. 
  • The duo of Shi/Milavsky are coming off a white-hot run at the ITA Northeastern Regional Championships, posting a perfect 5-0 record to claim the tournament's doubles title.
