PROVIDENCE, R.I. – No. 13 Harvard men's water polo took down No. 20 Brown (17-13, 4-4 NWPC) 17-11 to close out its regular season schedule. Four different Crimson tallied a hat trick as Harvard improves to 25-4, 9-2 NWPC.
Junior
Gabe Putnam opened the scoring for the Crimson on its first possession. Harvard would see six different players get on the scoresheet in the first frame, with sophomore
Kaleb Archer netting the sixth to make it a 6-2 game after one. Junior goalie
Noah Hodge made five of his 12 saves in the first eight minutes to limit the Bears. Juniors
Michael Sonsini and
Alex Tsotadze would net two goals each in the second, giving Harvard a 10-6 lead at the half.
Putnam would once again open the scoring in the third, with consecutive goals before Archer would put in two of his own, making him the third Crimson to tally a hat trick. Less than a minute later, Tsotadze would become the fourth, and Harvard led 15-8 through three periods. First-year

Cam Dougherty would add late goals to see out a 17-11 victory for the Crimson.
