CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - "Crimson Character" is a video series featuring Harvard head coaches answering questions about their philosophy and thought process as leaders of their respective programs. The first three episodes feature Andrew Rueb '95 (men's tennis), Katey Stone (women's ice hockey) and Jay Weiss (wrestling). This is the final installment where the coaching group discusses how they build a culture of excellence.

In the first episode, the coaches were asked, "How would you describe a Harvard student-athlete?" Last week, meanwhile, the group answered the question, "What do Harvard coaches look for?"
