Wellness Day Events - Movie Night

Missing your Netflix and chill nights with your friends and POD-mates? Why not get together using Netflix Teleparty? Join Harvard Recreation and the GPA Program on Monday, March 1, from 5-7 p.m. ET for a screening of 'The Social Network,' a movie about a Harvard alum's startup that would go on to change the tech world forever.

Where you're originally from? 
Duluth, Minnesota.

Favorite thing to do to stay active during COVID-19? 
In the summer/fall, it was biking. In the winter, it's been cross country skiing. And yoga anytime! 

Favorite healthy snack/meal before a big day/game day?
Either an apple with peanut butter or an apple with brie cheese.

Go-to song when you need to change your day around?
This is a two-way tie, depending on my mood, between "Right Back Where We Started From" by Maxine Nightingale and "Dream On" by Aerosmith (reference 'Miracle' for full inspiration on this one).

Favorite thing about working at Harvard?
Helping people move well and feel more connected to their bodies, and working with so many fun and interesting people. My clients' work/study/research are all so varied and it is fun to get glimpses into different sectors of Harvard.
