Favorite thing about working at Harvard?
THE PEOPLE. Having the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with students, staff, and faculty who truly care about one another is inspiring. Additionally, I am extremely fortunate to witness the growth and evolution of students over the course of their four years on campus. As coaches, we are described as educators, which is not something we take lightly; what young people do not always realize is how much they are simultaneously teaching us. We all have so much to offer one another, and Harvard is a place that fosters that type of connection and empowerment.
