PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – No. 2 Harvard (7-1, 3-1 Ivy) posted a 6-3 victory vs. No. 9 Drexel (5-4) in the final match of its three-match road trip on Tuesday at Kline & Specter Squash Center.
Harvard finishes the trip with a 2-1 record, beating No. 3 Princeton and Drexel, while falling to No. 1 Penn.
The day's first two matches were split between the two schools with Harvard's
Victor Crouin claiming victory at the first position, while Drexel's Jose Andres Lopez got the win in the eighth spot.
The Crimson proceeded to take the fifth and third matches before Drexel grabbed another point at No. 9. The score sat, 4-3, in Harvard's favor after matches at Nos. 6 and 7 were split. Eventually, it was
Marwan Tarek who secured the victory for Harvard with a hard-fought 12-10 win in the fifth game at the second spot.
