Radcliffe Heavyweight Novice Eight Set to Race Foot of The Charles

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Radcliffe Heavyweight rowing will send one novice eight to race in the Foot of The Charles regatta tomorrow, Friday Nov. 12. 

WHAT TO KNOW

  • This will be the 11th straight year that the black and white have raced in the Foot of The Charles.
  • The Varsity team finished their season this past weekend at Princeton Chase. 
  • After this race, all of the Radcliffe/Harvard teams will have completed their fall seasons. 
  • Historically the Radcliffe Novice eight had some dominating years where they won first place in 2009, 2012, 2013. In 2018 the boat came in third. Last year the Novice eight came in second. 

RACE INFORMATION 

  • The race course runs from MIT Boathouse through Newell boathouse. 
  • Race results will be posted to www.row2k.com
