Harvard Women's Tennis Head Coach Traci Green Selected as USTA Presidential Appointee

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The United States Tennis Association has recently announced that, Traci Green, the Sheila Kelly Palandjian Head Coach for Harvard Women's Tennis, has been selected as a Presidential Appointee. Coach Green will serve in a board adjacent role at the USTA for a two-year term that begins January 1, 2023. Prior to this appointment, Green has served on numerous USTA National committees, most recently serving on the Collegiate Pathway Committee. 
 
Led by newly elected President and Chairman of the Board, Dr. Brian Hainline, the USTA is the governing body of tennis in the United States, at all levels of the game. The USTA owns and runs the US Open as well as 120 other Pro Circuit events including the Davis Cup, Billie Jean King Cup and the Olympic and Paralympic games. 
 
Regarding her new appointment, coach Green said, "It's truly an honor to serve in this capacity under Dr. Hainline and I'm grateful for the opportunity to help grow our sport."
