CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Football had an FCS-leading 18 players named to the 2022 National Football Foundation (NFF) Hampshire Honor Society, the NFF announced on Wednesday. The Honor Society is comprised of college football players from all divisions of the NCAA and NAIA, along with sprint football, who each maintained a cumulative 3.2 GPA or better throughout their college careers.

Harvard's 18-member class was part of an elite group of 1,559 players from 313 schools. The 1,559 student-athletes were the second-most the Society has recognized in its 16-year existence.

The Crimson is coming off a 2021 season in which it posted an 8-2 overall record and a 5-2 mark in the Ivy League. The eight wins were the program's most since 2015, and the five conference victories were the Crimson's most since 2016.
