CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Junior first baseman
Logan Bravo tallied two hits and two RBIs, but Harvard University baseball dropped a 12-4 decision to UMass Lowell in its non-league finale on Tuesday afternoon at O'Donnell Field.
Opening its final homestand of the season, the Crimson (16-18) took a 2-1 lead through two innings and remained within 8-3 through five frames before the visiting River Hawks (16-23) scored four of the game's final five runs.

After UMass Lowell opened the game with a 1-0 lead, the Crimson plated two runs in the second on a ground ball from Williams. The River Hawks notched seven runs between the third and fifth frames before Bravo sent an RBI single to center field in the bottom of the fifth to make the score 8-3. UML scored four runs over the sixth through ninth innings to go ahead 12-3 prior to Bravo working a walk to bring home the game's final run in the ninth.

- Junior first baseman Logan Bravo went 2-for-4 with two RBIs and a walk. He posted his 15th multi-hit game of the season and ninth multi-RBI game of the year.
- Junior third baseman Will Jacobsen compiled a run and a walk. He reached base safely for the 10th straight game.
- Sophomore shortstop Jake Berger worked a walk to reach base safely for the 29th straight game.
- Sophomore left fielder Chris Snopek posted a hit, a run, and a walk, first-year catcher Sawyer Feller finished 1-for-2 with a run and a walk, and sophomore right fielder Peter Messervy scored a run.
- Junior center Spencer Williams tallied an RBI in the second inning.
- Sophomore left-handed pitcher Uday Narottam threw a scoreless eighth inning, permitting just one hit and no walks with two strikeouts.
- Senior right-hander Joseph O'Connell tallied two strikeouts in the ninth inning and did not allow an earned run.
