CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's volleyball team will travel to Durham, N.C. this weekend, Sept. 16-17, to compete against the Winthrop (3-6) and Duke (7-2) Volleyball teams. The Crimson team (1-5) is coming off their first win of the season over Iona. The matchup against Winthrop will take place Friday, Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. followed by the matchup against Duke on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 12 p.m.
What to Know
- Harvard last competed in three home matches at the Harvard Invitational. They ended the weekend with a 3-2 win over Iona after losses to Utah Valley and Georgia.
- The Crimson have a 0-1 record against both Winthrop and Duke, having met each team once before resulting in 3-2 losses.
-Junior Nicole Prescott was named to the All-Tournament Team last weekend at the Harvard Invitational for her performance, highlighted by two aces in the fifth set that helped cement the Crimson's victory.
