CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The Harvard women's volleyball team (11-5, 4-3 Ivy) will return home after a road stint to start Ivy League rematches by playing host to Dartmouth on Saturday, Oct. 21. The game will be at 5 p.m. and will air on ESPN+ and NESN.
Harvard has started its first 16 games 11-5 with one of the best starts in program history. The match against Dartmouth will be the first Harvard volleyball game ever aired on NESN and will be NESN's first-ever Ivy League volleyball match.
What to Know
• Harvard has started the 2023 season 11-5 after winning seven non-conference games and starting the Ivy League campaign 4-3 through the first round of conference matchups with wins against Dartmouth, Columbia, Princeton and Penn.

Ashley Wang is second in the NCAA in triple-doubles, having posted six throughout the 2023 season. She is one shy of the Harvard record, which is seven in one season. Her most recent triple-double came in five sets against Princeton, where she put up outstanding numbers of 17 kills, 19 assists and 18 digs. She also leads the NCAA in aces in one match with nine against UNH.
• The Crimson team leads the Ivy League in blocks, having made 152 total blocks with an average of 2.62 blocks per set. In the Crimson's win over Princeton, Harvard made 19 blocks, which is the most so far of all Ivy League matches.
• The 2023 Harvard Volleyball team was ranked fifth in the Ivy League preseason poll but now sits fourth in the standings after starting 4-3 through the first half of conference play. The top four teams will travel to the no. 1 seed's home to play in the Ivy League Tournament from Nov. 17-18.
• Harvard defeated the Big Green in the first matchup this season in Hanover, N.H. by a score of 3-1. The last time the Crimson won both matchups in one season against Dartmouth was 2021. Harvard leads the all-time series 55-26 against Dartmouth.
