Football's Game-Winner vs. Penn Named Pop-Tarts Crazy Good Play of the Week

DALLAS – Harvard Football's game-winning two-point try last Saturday vs. Penn in triple overtime has been named the Pop-Tarts 'Crazy Good' Play of the Week, the Florida Citrus Sports, Pop-Tarts and the Football Writers Association of America announced today.

The weekly award celebrates the incredible athleticism, awe-inspiring strategy and jaw-dropping "did you see that?" moments from college football each week.

A select committee of FWAA members honors one outstanding play each weekend during the regular season. Fans can nominate and vote on their favorite play through Pop-Tarts Bowl social media accounts (@PopTartsBowl).

After Penn rallied from a 20-10 deficit to force overtime and the teams exchanged field goals in the first extra possession, Harvard (8-1) went to its bag of tricks to clinch its first Ivy League championship since 2015 with a 25-23 win.

In the third overtime, tied at 23-23, the Crimson executed what has been called the "Cambridge Special" on its two-point try after halting Penn's attempt.

Quarterback Jaden Craig took the shotgun snap and handed off to wide receiver Scott Woods II on a jet sweep. Woods then pitched the ball to fellow receiver Cooper Barkate, who found Craig in the right corner of the end zone after the Crimson's quarterback snuck out of the backfield to become a pass catcher.

The Pop-Tarts Crazy Good Play of the Week follows Pop-Tarts entry into college football with the Pop-Tarts Bowl, organized and managed by Florida Citrus Sports.
