Sean Matson tallied a career-high 10 strikeouts over 8.0 innings, the Crimson totaled double-figure hits for the third time in three games in the series, and Harvard University baseball defeated Dartmouth College, 9-1, on Sunday afternoon at Red Rolfe Field at Biondi Park.

Closing out the three-game set, the Crimson (11-16, 7-2 Ivy) broke the game open with five runs in the fifth and two runs in the sixth on its way to the series sweep of the Big Green (1-23, 0-9 Ivy). Harvard improved to 9-2 in its last 11 games, extended its winning streak to six games, and captured its third Ivy series in as many weekends to open its conference slate.

- The Crimson put runs on the scoreboard first, starting the scoring in the fifth inning. Harvard's offense started clicking and put up five runs, including a two-run single off the bat of Jacobsen and a two-run single from Bravo.
- The Crimson then held the Big Green scoreless in the bottom of the fifth before getting back on the board in the sixth. Harvard brought home a pair, with Giberti and Rounds each driving in a run, bringing the score to 7-0 in favor of the Crimson.
- Harvard kept Dartmouth without a run in the sixth before building its lead to 8-0 in the seventh on a ground ball from Baldwin.
- The Big Green came within 8-1 with a run in the seventh.
- Harvard added some insurance in the eighth. The Crimson scored once on an RBI single off the bat of Rounds, bringing the score to 9-1.
