Logan Bravo hit his seventh homer of the year as part of a three-RBI day, and Harvard University baseball beat Yale University, 11-1, in the rubber match of a three-game series on Sunday afternoon at O'Donnell Field.
Playing in its regular season finale, the Crimson (19-22, 15-6 Ivy) stood tied at 1-1 with the Bulldogs (17-23, 10-11 Ivy) entering the bottom of the fourth before the hosts scored the game's final 10 runs, including four runs in the fifth and three runs in the seventh. Harvard took the series following Saturday's doubleheader split and has now gone 6-1 in its last seven games – all Ivy League contests.
Harvard won six of its seven Ivy League series on the season, securing the No. 2 seed in the inaugural four-team Ivy League Tournament set to take place at No. 1 seed Penn from May 19-22. The Crimson will open the tournament with a matchup against No. 3 seed Princeton on Friday, May 19 at 11:00 a.m. (ESPN+) in Philadelphia.
