CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard University football was selected to finish fourth in the 2023 Ivy League Football Preseason Media Poll, the Ivy League conference office announced on Monday afternoon.

Harvard took fourth place in the poll with 84 total points and one first-place vote. Yale (122 points, 13 first-place votes) gained the top spot while Princeton (103 points, one first-place vote) and Penn (90 points) occupied the second and third positions. Columbia (62 points, one first-place vote), Dartmouth (54 points), Cornell (37 points), and Brown (24 points) rounded out the fifth through eighth spots in the rankings.

Harvard opens the 2023 campaign on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 1:00 p.m. ET (ESPN+), when it welcomes St. Thomas to Harvard Stadium.
