Kristján Gunnarsson scored an equalizing goal early in the second half, but the Bears scored twice in the 90
th minute as Harvard University men's soccer fell to Brown University, 3-1, on Saturday afternoon at Stevenson-Pincince Field.
The Crimson (2-5-4, 1-3-0 Ivy) drew level on Gunnarsson's goal in the 54
th minute after the Bears (5-6-1, 1-3-0 Ivy) scored the first half's only goal in the 10
th minute before the hosts netted a pair of late goals to take the decision.
Gunnarson scored his first collegiate goal while junior
Juho Ojanen tallied an assist for the second straight game.

How It Happened
- Junior goalkeeper Lucian Wood made a dive to his right to stop the Bears' first shot on goal in the seventh minute.
- In the 10th minute, Brown took a 1-0 lead as Jack Cloherty headed a corner kick from Lorenzo Amaral into the goal.
- Sophomore Andreas Savva sent a shot just wide in the 20th minute before the Crimson stopped a series of Brown attempts in the 23rd minute.
- Closing out the first half, senior Marko Isakovic and first-year Xavier Tanyi both generated chances for Harvard.
- Senior Kristján Gunnarsson drew Harvard level at 1-1 in the 54th minute on his first career goal. After junior Juho Ojanen played a ball into the edge of the six-yard box, Gunnarsson headed the ball back across the face of the goal and into the back of the net.
- In the 74th minute, sophomore Erik Dalaker almost gave the Crimson the lead, driving a shot on target that required a diving save.
- The Bears scored twice in the 90th minute. The first goal came off a corner kick as Tanner Barry scored off a corner from Amaral. The visitors added an insurance tally on a breakaway goal from Amaral.
