NEW ORLEANS, La. – The United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association unveiled the opening regional rankings for the 2024 campaign, as both Harvard cross country squads begin the season in the top five of the northeast region.
The reigning Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Champions, the women's team ranks fourth in the USTFCCCA's Northeast Regional Rankings, while the men's team will begin the season ranked No. 1 in the northeast region. The Crimson is the only program in the Ivy League with both men's and women's teams in the USTFCCCA's top-five for the northeast region.

Graham Blanks headlines a men's group that returns three top-15 finishers at the 2023 Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships. A native of Athens, Georgia, Blanks looks to become sixth repeat NCAA cross country champion since 1990.
The 2024 cross country campaign kicks-off on Friday, Sept. 6, as the Crimson square off against Yale in a historic dual meet. Both races will air live on ESPN+.
