Football Ranked No. 22 in 2025 Preseason Rankings

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – Harvard Football is ranked No. 22 in Craig Haley's Never-Too-Early FCS Top 25 Rankings for the 2025 season. Haley is a senior college football editor for Opta Analyst powered by Stats Perform.
 
Harvard is coming off its second straight Ivy League championship in 2024 after posting an 8-2 record (5-2 Ivy). The 2025 edition of the Crimson is set to feature Bushnell Cup finalist, All-Ivy First-Team defensive back and team captain Ty Bartrum, Walter Payton Award finalist and quarterback Jaden Craig, and All-Ivy picks Seamus Gilmartin (TE), Damien Henderson (DB) and Xaviah Bascon (RB).
 
The Crimson was the only Ivy League team to appear in Haley's rankings and comes after it finished the 2024 campaign ranked No. 25 in the final Stats Perform FCS Top 25 Poll. Harvard rose to as high as No. 17 in the Stats Perform rankings in 2024 and got up to T-No. 21 in the AFCA FCS Coaches Poll.
