CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — The
Harvard men's heavyweight rowing team delivered an outstanding performance at the
60th Annual Head of the Charles Regatta (HOCR), highlighted by a
3rd-place overall finish and
2nd among collegiate crews in the
Men's Championship 8+. Racing on their home waters, all three Harvard entries placed within the top 20, with the Crimson's "A" boat finishing just behind Washington for the fastest collegiate time and the "B" boat posting the
fastest second varsity (B) time in the event.
The 60th edition of the Head of the Charles — the world's largest three-day regatta — drew elite international and collegiate competition to the Charles River, providing a fitting stage for Harvard to showcase its speed and depth.

Cambridge's alumni entry (13:41.692). Harvard established itself early in the lead pack, maintaining sharp rhythm and consistency through the course's technical turns and closing with a strong sprint through Eliot Bridge.
